Format trolleys

Hellings develops format trolleys for the safe and ergonomic handling and storage of machine components. They make it possible to remove and change machine format parts, such as format shoulders on vertical packaging machines, without lifting heavy components. This promotes a safe working environment, reduces the physical strain on employees and contributes to sustainable employability in the workplace.

The change-part trolley makes it possible to remove format shoulders from vertical packaging machines without lifting heavy parts, promoting ergonomic working.

Change-part storage trolley

The change-part storage trolleys ensure safe storage of format parts from vertical packaging machines. They are also available in a frame version for wall mounting.
